"I'm glad they're patient with me. Sometimes I have questions they painstakingly answer when I don't understand. I also acknowledge they have little or no control over prices. If the uninsured would/could pay for their own, we insured would have less of a burden. That's a tough thing to chew on a fixed income. All in all, I enjoy being customer."

"Not sure how this is a 5 star rated Statefarm branch. Been a pain in my butt trying to hunt down Forrest and the process assocaited to cancel my policy. They are easy to take money but flat slow to engage when you want to cancel. I had to carve out 1.5 hours JUST to physically drive down with him and sign paperwork which apparently wasn't event necessary for me but my spouse still had to physically sign despite the same exact papers being e-filed. It was a RIDICULOUS experience, I hope no one else has to experience the back and forth over email for months on end only to have to drive down personally and sort this out. Statefarm agents are a dime a dozen, find another."
