"Not sure how this is a 5 star rated Statefarm branch. Been a pain in my butt trying to hunt down Forrest and the process assocaited to cancel my policy. They are easy to take money but flat slow to engage when you want to cancel. I had to carve out 1.5 hours JUST to physically drive down with him and sign paperwork which apparently wasn't event necessary for me but my spouse still had to physically sign despite the same exact papers being e-filed. It was a RIDICULOUS experience, I hope no one else has to experience the back and forth over email for months on end only to have to drive down personally and sort this out. Statefarm agents are a dime a dozen, find another."

"Thank you Mr. Dawson. My car got totaled due to a hit-and-run driver rear-ended my car. Since I use the car to work, the downtime has caused all kinds of issues financially. Mr. Dawson went above and beyond, and helped me to get the total loss documents signed and notarized, even though he was not available in such a short notice, so that I can pay expenses. "I had a bad experience with the claims department of State Farm. Was involved in a collision on Monday aafternoon aand reported this to State Fam claims and issued with a claim # I sent phtos and a decsription to the claims email and three times it bounces back that the claim # was invalid. I called the claims department again on Wednesday as had not heard back and was told that I nor my wife not my vechicle vin # nor other policies exist in the system, even after spelling our names letter buy letter, and my insurance could be fake and I should reach out to my agent. I obviously knew that this was not so as I have all my insurance with Forrest for over 15 years now. I therefore called Dorrest Dawson's agent office and Madison helped me connect to the right person at the claims department. So even though I give a 0 or 1 starr toi the State Farms Claims department- I give a fivve star to the agent. Thank you Madison"

"Forrest and his entire team are nothing short of amazing! I’ve been with them for over ten years, and I honestly don’t think I will ever leave. The level of commitment to assisting customers is impeccable! How they make you feel as if you are the only customer they have is amazing.
